Content Provider Agreement

This Content Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is between The Cat House Estate LLC ("Company") and you, the performer ("Provider").

1. Eligibility and verification

Provider confirms they are at least 18 years old and will complete live identity verification (live selfie, face scan, front and back of a valid government ID). Provider will only broadcast with other persons who hold their own verified performer accounts.

2. Independent contractor

Provider is an independent contractor and is responsible for their own taxes, equipment and expenses. Provider may be asked for tax forms (for example IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN) before payouts.

3. Earnings

Provider earns the percentage of tokens shown in the Studio for tips, private shows, cam-to-cam shows, Private Club subscriptions and paid messages. Payouts are made on request once the minimum is reached, by the method Provider selects.

4. Content and consent

Provider consents to the live broadcast and storage of their shows and uploads on the Site and confirms every person on camera has given informed consent. Provider will follow the Community Guidelines; violations may result in removal, forfeiture of unpaid earnings connected to the violating content, and account termination.

5. License

Provider grants Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, display and promote Provider's content and stage name on the Site and in Site marketing. Provider keeps ownership of their content.

6. Records

Provider authorizes Company to keep identification records as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and payment-network rules.

7. Termination

Either party may end this Agreement at any time. Earned, non-disputed balances above the minimum will be paid out.
