Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cat House Live (the "Site"), operated by The Cat House Estate LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to access it. Where the law requires it, we will verify your age before you can view content. Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms and may be unlawful.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. Tokens and payments

Tokens are a prepaid credit used to tip performers, pay for private shows, Private Clubs and paid messages. Tokens are a limited license to use Site features, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable except where required by law or described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by CCBill, LLC, which appears on your statement. Prices are shown before you buy.

4. Private shows and cam-to-cam

Private shows are billed per minute or per second, as each performer chooses, at the price she sets, shown before you start. With several performers, each one bills at her own price. When two or more members share a show, each performer's group price applies; if you choose to share your camera, her cam-to-cam price applies. Other members join a running show only if every performer in it, and the member who started it, agrees. Scheduled ticket shows are locked; you may ask the performer to add you. Performers may hide your camera on their screen and may leave a show at any time. Billing stops when you leave, when no performer is left in the show, or when your balance runs out.

5. Freedom to stream & content rules

Stream anything.* We believe in freedom of expression. Performers can stream and post whatever they like — any topic, style, look, opinion, game, hobby or lawful adult content — anywhere on the Site, including the non-adult side. We don't censor viewpoints or judge lawful choices.

*Except what we ban — zero tolerance:

• Children: no one under 18 may appear on camera, in any photo, video, message or profile, or be sexualized or referred to in a sexual way — including role-play, "age-play", costumes, drawings or AI-generated content suggesting a minor.
• Animals: no cruelty, harm, neglect, abuse or sexual contact involving any animal.
• Abuse of any kind: no non-consensual acts, coercion, threats, violence against anyone who has not consented, exploitation, trafficking, or recording or sharing anyone without their consent.
• Illegal activity: nothing that is illegal where it is made or where it is viewed.

Breaking these rules means an immediate permanent ban (account, IP address, device, email and face), loss of tokens and earnings where the law allows, and a report to law enforcement, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). Our moderators review reports around the clock — use the ⚑ Report button on any profile, room, video or message.

6. Performers

Performers are independent contractors, not our employees, and must accept the Content Provider Agreement. All performers are verified adults; records are kept as described in our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement.

7. Recording and redistribution

You may not record, capture, download, rebroadcast or redistribute any show, image, video or message from the Site without the written permission of the performer and us.

8. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

Content on the Site belongs to us or the performers who created it. To report copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), use our Complaints & Content Removal page. We terminate repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Unused tokens on accounts closed for violations are forfeited where permitted by law.

Placeholder profiles

While new performers join, some profiles on the Site are placeholder (ghost) profiles created by the Site to show how pages look. They are not real performers: they do not go live, chat, reply to messages, sell content or receive tokens, and nothing can be bought from them. A placeholder profile may later be given to a real performer, who must first pass our live age and identity verification before going live.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].
