This policy explains how The Cat House Estate LLC collects, uses and protects personal information on Cat House Live.
What we collect
- Account data: username, email, password (stored as a one-way hash), and your settings.
- Purchase data: token purchases and amounts. Card details are handled by CCBill and never stored by us.
- Activity data: tips, messages, follows, show history, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and browser information.
- Performer verification data: legal name, date of birth, live selfie, face scan frames and photos of government ID, kept as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and payment-network rules.
- Viewer age checks: where the law requires age verification, we record only whether the check passed, the method and your general location. Face images used for the facial age check are processed in your browser and are not uploaded or stored. If you choose the ID option, your images are deleted as soon as a reviewer makes a decision.
How we use it
To run the Site, process payments, verify ages, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, respond to support requests and, if you opt in, send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help run the Site (payment processing, video streaming, email delivery, hosting), with law enforcement when legally required, or with your consent. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open and as required by law. Performer records are kept for the periods required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations.
